*We had a long, busy, crazy day. It was a good day, but we were always on the go. Gavin is asleep, I will be in bed shortly. And while there is a pile of things I should be doing, I'm thankful for fuzzy slippers and jammie pants, and chocolate tea. That's my me time after a hectic day. In silence, with nothing but the click of the keyboard. Alone. I needed this.
*Gavin had swimming lessons this evening. He's currently participating one on one. Its costly, but it has helped his confidence immensely. I love watching him grow, develop, and improve. I'm not sure exactly what about this situation makes me thankful, but it makes me happy. I guess I'm thankful for that :)
*With nothing to do early this morning, Gavin and I snuggled in bed until almost 10:00. I'm thankful for the weekends that give us that opportunity. I'm learning, ever so slowly, how to slow down. How to get things done, but not stress when something doesn't happen. I'm thankful for those lessons, and the moments that have taught me them.
